About Us

Bart and Atha Comiskey started C & E Biodiesel in 2004
when they chose to make their own fuel rather than pay high prices at the pump. Little did they know at the time that fuel prices would rise so high, so quickly.

After 30+ years in the Sales Rep. industry, Bart “got off the pipeline” knowing biodiesel offered cheaper and cleaner fuel and would let them avoid participating in money spent for foreign oil. Utilizing used vegetable oil, methanol and lye, the Comiskeys are able to make the fuel for their ’99 Mercedes and ’06 Jeep Liberty for about 75¢ a gallon.

One of Atha’s favorite parts of the business is assisting Bart in conducting Workshops each Saturday. She says “it’s a wonderful feeling, knowing you are helping individuals and small businesses alike to save big money on their fuel costs.’ These workshops teach those who are interested in making their own biodiesel, just how easy it is to make and to make it RIGHT using the Fuelpod or FuelMeister products.

Many high schools and colleges have also purchased the Fuelpod and FuelMeister II biodiesel processors. Not only do the schools get the benefit of teaching students about alternative fuel using the FuelMeister II, they also make use of the cafeteria’s used vegetable oil and provide the school with fuel for all of their diesel engines.

The Comiskeys are full-time Fuelpod and FuelMeister dealers for Green fuels America, Inc. They look forward to reaching many more people regarding the benefits of producing their own fuel. Please contact them should you have any questions or comments regarding the Fuelpod and FuelMeister products.
